The 4-H Motto,"To Make The Best Better," was adopted at about the same time as the Pledge, to inspire young people to continue to learn and grow... to make their best efforts better through participation in educational experiences. 4-H is all about, "Learning By Doing..." the intent is to do, reflect, and apply. These core values of the 4-H program continue to shape the lives and dreams of our nation's young people... and have helped make America strong. But, we need your help to solve a serious financial crisis!
In Arizona, more than 130,000 children rely on the financial commitment of individuals like you and me to keep 4-H strong, relevant, and affordable. Our programs inspire young people to use their heads, hearts and hands in ways that make families, our community and our world a better place. Our leaders help to impart the values and work ethic we each strive to instill in our own children.
